Meet the team: NiceBloggers from Spain

Some of you may ask: Why a Nicequest blog? The NiceBlog was created to build a platform where you can read about different Nicequest topics that are useful for you and also for you to able to be a part of our community even more. You can achieve this through the different categories of articles on our blog: NiceNews, Invitations, Stories, Rewards, and Donations.

This community extends all over the world because, as you may have seen, you can read the NiceBlog in 6 different languages thanks to our international team!

That’s why we would like to introduce you to the main creators of the blog in Spanish, here they explain their work on the NiceBlog and a little about how they work within an international team.

Marta | Marketing Assistant

How are you contributing to the blog? I  write and translate for the Spanish and French NiceBlog.

What do you expect from the blog? I hope it’s a tool to unite the Nicequest community and that it offers a good balance between funny and useful articles that answer the most frequently asked questions of Nicequest members and that of people that want to become one. It will be a space where you can find more information about the Nicequest brand and its “personality”.

What are the biggest differences between working in an international environment or not? Diversity is best when it comes to working. When you work in an international environment you have different opinions on different topics, which reinforces the acceptance and tolerance of employees.

Laura | Designer

How are you contributing to the blog? I create videos and animations for the blog.

What do you expect from the blog? I hope it creates a great impact not only on Nicequest members but also on other people who are looking for specific information, which they eventually find on our blog and thus get to know Nicequest thanks to that.

What are the biggest differences between working in an international environment or not? For me one of the best things about working in an international environment is being able to speak English every day, as well as learning about different cultures, habits, and traditions.

Cristina | Global Communications Manager

How are you contributing to the blog? I directed the technical part in the creation of the blog, and now that it already exists, I am in charge of making sure that it continues to have our “Nice” tone of Voice, in both articles and images.

What do you expect from the blog? I hope to read the direct feedback from our users and then be able to improve the Nicequest experience!

What are the biggest differences between working in an international environment or not? For an enthusiast of languages, like me, working in an international environment is always something interesting. When I started working here I spoke 3 languages, and now I can understand conversations and speak a little in 6 languages! That’s not bad, huh?

Isabel | Blog Intern

How are you contributing to the blog? I write content for the blog, in addition to the translations in Spanish.

What do you expect from the blog? I hope the blog is a tool for Nicequest to create a community and create a closer contact with Nicequest members.

What are the biggest differences between working in an international environment or not? From my point of view, you are able to learn and enjoy work more when you are in an international environment and I feel that you always learn more from others this way.

As you can see Nicequest is the perfect mix of international and local. Together with the international team, work every day to offer you the best possible experience on NiceBlog. If you have any questions write us a comment, and don’t forget to subscribe to our blog!
