All about the Nicequest online shop
Giving your opinion on different topics surely is great, but getting a nice gift as a reward is probably your favorite part of being a Nicequest member. That’s why we want to tell you a bit more about the shop, what you can do to make the most of it and give you some stats.

? All shippings are completely for free. You redeem your Shells for your favorite gift and we take care of the delivery costs.
? All our physical gifts have a warranty.
? The maximum period to claim a gift not received is 3 months from the date of shipment.
? You can find out the winners of the prize draws during the first week of each month. You only have to enter the section of prize draws → Finished.

? Currently we have 1,612 gifts in our catalogue.
? Our shop is constantly updated and renewed. We always look for products that are useful but also whimsical: fun and original design objects for your home and office.
After the click: How our online shop operates
There are many things that happen between you choosing your gift and receiving it at home. Once you redeem your Shells for the gift you want, our shop team collects and groups all orders from our members and sends them to our suppliers.
We always try to keep information about our stock up to date, but sometimes there are errors in the connection to our suppliers. Don’t worry, that doesn’t happen too often and when it does, our team is here to make sure you get your Shells back or we repeat the order for you.
When does my gift arrive? You will get an email from the shipping company indicating the delivery date, once the gift was sent on its way to you. To find out more about your order, also check the confirmation mail you received after redeeming your Shells. If you should have any problem with your redemption, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Review your gift!
When you have received your gift, you can rate it and leave a comment on our website. That will help others decide which gift they want to redeem, too.
To leave a review, access your account and select a gift in your history. Then you click on the button: “Rate your gift”, at the bottom of the pop-up window. You will be redirected to the page of the gift that you have selected and there you can leave a comment and also rate your gift with stars. What are you waiting for? Rate your gift now!
