The Nicequest experience involves participation in surveys, setting up apps, redeeming gifts and of course collecting Shells… so it’s only natural that you might want to clarify some things or get support when something doesn’t work properly.
In this article, we want to present the best ways of resolving your Nicequest related questions and getting in touch with us. Please remember that our Help Center teams work from Philadelphia, Mexico City and from Barcelona, Spain, so you should be able to get through to them at every hour of your day. Still, we would like to ask for some patience since we receive many emails every day. However, we always try to get back to you within a maximum of 72 hours.
1) Help Center
It may very well be that the answer to your question is already written in our Help Center. Have a look at all the topics, explanations and solutions there. We’re sure that you will even learn something you didn’t know yet.

3) Contact form
The contact form sends an email directly to our Help Center team. If you’re already a Nicequest member, log into your account and use this form. If you’re not a member yet, visit our website and click on “Help” in the upper right corner to get to our contact form.
We recently gave our member contact form a makeover to improve the design and usability. Now you can select for which survey or activity or for which redeemed gift you need assistance and make it easier for us to help you.
This is how it works…
- In a first step you select the survey/activity or your order from the online shop.
- Then we find and suggest some articles from the Help Center which might answer your question.
- If you still need personalized support, you see the text field to send us a message.
Can I also reach you via social media?
Yes, you can contact us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter or leave a comment on an article on the NiceBlog, however, we cannot answer any specific questions about surveys, accounts, Shells or gifts on these channels. This is because we need to know your registration email to look into your case and we never recommend that you share this information publicly.
However, we will be happy to hear about your general Nicequest experience on social media and use these spaces to come together as a community, have fun and hold contests.
